Through this Request for Bids (RFB), ABG Corporation hereby invites teams of businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit a response to provide comprehensive professional architectural and engineering design and related services. It is anticipated that the project to be authorized under the contracts that results from this RFB will include a variety of professional and consulting services required for ABG to effectively operate, maintain, repair, demolish, improve and develop facilities, infrastructure and property under described in the Rent-a-Car Concession and Lease Agreement ("Lease Agreement") between ABG and WCAA. The services will be provided for the project identified in Attachment D to this RFB or future projects identified within the term of the contract. Upon determination of the highest-ranked responsive and responsible Respondent, ABG will enter into negotiations with that Respondent to determine complete fees for the scope of work identified in this RFB, including labor classification, hourly labor rate fees, audited overhead cost, unit rate fees, profit, reimbursables, and other customary fees prior to award of a contract. It is anticipated that a not-to-exceed fee will be negotiated for the scope of work included for this RFB, and for any additional services that may be required during the contract term. In the event that ABG and the highest-ranked responsive and responsible Respondent cannot come to agreement on the cost of the work, negotiations will be terminated with that Respondent, and ABG will enter negotiations with the next highestranked responsive and responsible Respondent. ABG may also choose to award multiple contracts for the services described in this RFB or award no contract at all at its sole discretion. CANCELLATION OF RFB ABG reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, in whole or in part, as well as reject any or all Responses, or to accept or reject any Response in part, and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in Responses received if it is determined by the Vice President of Design, Construction and Facilities or designee that the best interest of ABG will be served by so doing. If the solicitation is cancelled or all Responses are rejected by ABG, a notice will be posted on MITN. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
