Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Provide full architecture and engineering design services to develop the following scope of work: 1. Asphalt Greenway Connector (approximately 1,000 LF with 12 FT width) from Dix Park to the Raleigh State Farmers Market property to include Sight Lighting along the walkway; 2. 25-Space Parking Area (approximately 12,000 SF) for State Vehicle staging; 3. Bathroom Building (approximately 300 SF) to support planned retail area; 4. Site and Utility development for a third-party lessee and a wholesale produce operation (approximately 65,000 SF) for the Raleigh Farmers Market. Engineering services will include site preparation (gravel surface) for tenant provided modular structures and site utility improvements including electrical distribution, water, sewer and fiber to meet future needs.
