Site work for a water / sewer project in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
General Construction, generally includes the following Work: Installation of an approximate 17' x 3' wet well access shaft in the Authority's existing Bull Run Pump Station in Loyalsock Township. This access shaft will be comprised of poured reinforced concrete and CMU walls with a watertight access hatch installed at grade. Two slab penetrations will be necessary. Work also includes furnishing a wet well conditioning pump and hoist for installation by Owner following completion of Construction. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond and an acceptable Surety payable to the Owner shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid. Estimated Contract Value: $45,000 - $60,000 The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) and the federal Davis-Bacon Act shall apply. The Owner reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner, and to reject any or all proposals.
