No definite date for the rebid.** A single prime contractor to renovate the BreuderAdvanced Technology and Health Sciences (ATHS) Center patio area. The project will entail removing the existing water fountain, patio, landscape beds, and seat walls. The project will add additional sidewalk, heated concrete surfaces, new stair locations, new landscaping, and new curbing/walls. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond of an approved Surety Company, certified check, or cashier scheck in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal. Bond or check shall bedrawn in favor of Pennsylvania College of Technology. This project is a project constituting public works and issubject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, of August 15, 1961, P.L. as amendedand supplemented.
