Millers Run Stream Bank Restoration Project For the Millers Run Stream Bank Restoration Project located in Loyalsock Township, Lycoming County. LT Questions Due Date: Feb 4th 2025, 4:00 PM EST Online Portal The project shall include, but is not limited to, 650 feet of stream bank restoration consisting of an R-7 Rock Key and geo-reinforced earth with live plantings. The scope also includes installing erosion and sediment control measures, traffic control and all necessary incidental work, appurtenances and site restoration for said construction as set forth in the Project Manual A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Loyalsock Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. Construction Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of one-hundred (100) percent of the Contract as awarded. Bidders are hereby notified that state Prevailing Wage Rates must be paid in accordance with Pennsylvania (PA) law. Each Bidder (and Bidder's subcontractor[s]) must ensure that employees, and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Bids may be held by the LT for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
