The project is located within the Borough of Duboistown and the City of Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania and generally consists of replacement and upgrade of existing water mains with approximately 320 linear feet of 30-inch ductile iron pipe, 470 linear feet of 24-inch ductile iron pipe, 305 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron pipe, water services with meter pits, addition of 3 fire hydrants, construction of a vault for two 12-inch pressure reducing valves and other appurtenances and other work as specified and indicated on the Construction Drawings. This project is being supported in part, by federal award number SLFRP2851 awarded to Lycoming County by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. All official notifications, addenda, and other will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Williamsport Municipal Water Authority, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid.
