Approximately 4,413 tons of wearing Approximately 49,038 square yards of milling Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. Payment and performance bonds or certified checks in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. All envelopes containing bid proposals shall be clearly marked Resurfacing/Paving Bid. The Loyalsock Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept such proposal as they deem to be in the best interest of the township. Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, 9.5 mm, PG 64-22, Fine Graded Wearing Course 0.0 to 0.3 ESAL's, SRL-M. The intent ofthis project, unless otherwise noted, is to place a one and one half(1.5) inch wearing course. And Supeipave Asphalt Mixture Design, 9.5 mm, PG 64-22, Fine Graded Wearing Course 0.0 to 0.3 ESAL's, SRL-M (Scratch Course): Furnish and place as directed Bituminous Wearing Course to restore the cross-section ofroadway.
