The Structures to Be Inspected Range in Size and Complexity With Spans Located Over Waterways. Typical Work Will Be Completed on Weekdays During Daylight Hours. Services Will Be Provided Beginning as Early as April 7, 2025 Through December 31, 2027. Work Days May Not Be Consecutive and Will Be Subject to Weather Conditions. Larson Design Group Reserves the Right to Increase or Decrease the Number of Days Required or Structures Inspected for Non-professional Services as Necessary for the Successful Completion of District 9-0 Bridge Inspection Work. Bids Are Required to Be Submitted by Filling Out the Form of Proposal in Its Entirety. This Form is Included in the Bid Package and is to Be Signed by the Bidder. Alternate Price Quote Forms Will Not Be Accepted. Bids May Be Held by the Engineer for a Period Not to Exceed Thirty Days From Date of Opening for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating the Qualifications of Bidders, Prior to Awarding the Contract. Bids Shall Be in a Sealed Envelope Clearly Marked "non-professional Services for Penndot District 9-0 Bridge Inspections Throughout Fulton and Huntingdon Counties. Interested Parties Are Required to Register on the Website for the Ability to View and/or Acquire Bid Documents for This Project. It is the Responsibility of Any Person or Organization Interested in a Hard Copy of the Bidding Documents to Pay All Costs Associated With Printing.
