Reference number: 20035383 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-01-06 The project aims to improve universal accessibility to the second floor and basement of the 3661 Peel building. The connection between the basement and the second floor will be made by installing a lift inside the building. The work will involve converting a basement room into an accessible washroom. The exterior basement door will also be replaced, as well some of the office doors. Exterior modifications include demolition of the south-side staircase and creation of a pathway from Peel Street and the parking lot to the building's basement entrance. Start of works: March 2025 End of works: February 2026
