Renovation of a municipal facility in Mount Tabor, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Green Mountain National Forest Mount Tabor HVAC Remove and replace four propane furnaces, A/C condensing units, and heat pumps in the Mt. Tabor Crew Quarters on the Manchester District on the Green Mountain National Forest. This work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, removal of existing furnaces and A/C units, installation of new furnaces and heat pump units, new thermostats, and associated HVAC/plumbing/electrical work. Optional bid item to remove the existing propane hot water heater and four exhaust fans, install a new heat pump hot water heater and four new exhaust fans, and all associated plumbing/electrical/control work. Contractor shall be responsible to size all equipment and piping as required by this specification and in accordance with applicable building codes.
