Description: The Lockhart Independent School District (LISD) is seeking requests for proposals for a turnkey project to replace the Control System at Lockhart Jr. High School for the HVAC systems. Lockhart ISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted, to request additional information from one or all proposers, and negotiate any and all terms of the proposal if deemed necessary. Purpose and Scope: The purpose of this CSP is to provide a turnkey project to replace the existing controls with new controls based on the engineered drawings within this proposal provided by ESA Energy Associates. Lockhart Jr. High School is located at 500 City Line Rd, Lockhart, TX 78644. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all City of Lockhart and/or Caldwell County permits necessary for the project. 5% Bid Bond will need to be provided with submitted proposal package. Payment Bonds: equal to 100% of the contract bid price if awarded and before agreement is signed by Lockhart ISD for bids over $25,000. Performance Bonds: equal to 100% of the contract price if the contract price is over $100,000 if awarded and before agreement is signed by Lockhart ISD for bids over $100,000.
