The Lockhart Independent School District (LISD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for a turnkey project to move to a one key system throughout the District. Purpose and Scope: The purpose of this RFP is to provide a turnkey project to replace all the locks at every campus listed in Attachment B to the same keying system. Please see Attachment A for the specifications for the project. Lockhart Jr. High School is located at 500 City Line Rd, Lockhart, TX 78644. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all City of Lockhart and/or Caldwell County permits necessary for the project. The DISTRICT reserves the right to hold proposals for 60 days before awarding the contract. The DISTRICT reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities subject to the availability of funds during the period the bid/proposal is guaranteed to be firm.
