Site work for a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage.
The Work of this Contract, consists of the supply of labour, equipment, and materials to remove, dispose, and replace three (3) existing Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs) with new double-walled ASTs complete with associated appurtenances as specified in the Contract Documents for the replacement of AST T-247 and T-282 Waste Oil Tanks, AST T-281 Engine Oil Tank. Also includes the provision of a new temporary AST T-247 for Waste Oil, to enable the phased replacement of existing ASTs T-247 and T-281, during the Contract duration and the removal of temporary AST T-247 thereafter.
