HVAC Duct Cleaning and HVAC Filter Replacement The City of Austin ("City") seeks a qualified Contractor or Contractor(s) with experience cleaning HVAC System ducts and replacing HVAC Filters, installed at multiple City facilities/buildings. Qualified Contractors shall have provided HVAC duct cleaning and filter replacement services similar in scope and size to the services described herein and shall provide firm fixed prices for all services under the terms of the Contract. Any services that have been omitted which are clearly necessary or in conformance with normal HVAC duct cleaning and filter replacement services shall be considered a requirement although not directly specified. For any conflict between the provisions of the general Scope of Work and the requirements outlined in the Specific City Departmental Requirements, the more stringent requirement prevails. City locations may be added upon notice to the Contractor. TERM OF CONTRACT This contract shall remain in effect for an initial term of 12 months, or the City terminates the Contract. This contract may be extended beyond the initial term for up to 4 additional twelve-month periods at the City's sole option.
