Disregard the Bonding section of the attached General Terms and Conditions Insurance Requirements: Services shall not commence until the successful Contractor has obtained all of the insurance as listed on the attached "Insurance Requirements" specification and such insurance has been approved by the Commission. If Bidder has the required insurance coverage, please attach certificate(s) giving evidence of coverage to your bid proposal 12/27/2024 Deadline for Bidders to Submit Questions 12/27/2024 Answers to Question will be provided or Addenda posted All questions concerning this proposal must be submitted through the online Telephone and email inquiries will not be answered. PTC may terminate any resulting contract upon a thirty (30) day written notice. Initial Term of Contract: The Contract shall commence on the Effective Date, February 1, 2025 and expire on January 31, 2026.
