Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Winchester Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractor Will Furnish Labor and Equipment to Bore Approximately 575 Lineal Feet of 3-2", 250 Lineal Feet of 1-2" and 175 Lineal Feet of 1-3" Hdpe Conduit Located at Winchester Bay Boat Ramp, Winchester Bay, Oregon. Contractor May Also Be Required to Install One (1) Single-phase Ground Sleeve, One (1) Hand-hole, Two (2) Pe-20's, Elbows & Sweeps to Central Lincoln Specifications. Some Locations Will Require Coordination With Clpud Crews to Install Sweeps Into Energized Equipment. All Material Will Be Supplied by Central Lincoln. Note: No Bid Documents, or Specifications, Will Be Submitted to Any Plan Centers. In Order for a Bid to Be Accepted and Considered for Award of a Contract, the Submitted Bids Must Comply With Oregon Revised Statutes (Ors) Regulating Contract Work for People's Utility Districts. Each Bid Must Contain a Statement as to Whether the Bidder is a Resident Bidder, as Defined in Ors 279a.120. The District May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Bidding Procedures and Requirements, and May Reject for Good Cause Any or All Bids Upon a Finding of the District if It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
