Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Winchester Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This Project Consists of, but is Not Limited to, the Following: Construction of 27 Full Hookup Rv Sites and the Installation of One Prefabricated Restroom Building. Bidders Are Not Required to Submit a Prequalification Application. The Board of Commissioners Will Not Consider a Bid Unless the Bidder is Registered With the Construction Contractor's Board. Bidders Shall Comply With the Provisions of Ors 279c.800 to 279c.870 (Prevailing Wage Rates). Each Bid Must Contain a Statement as to Whether the Bidder is a Resident Bidder, as Defined in Ors 279a.120. The Project Does Not Require a Contractor or Subcontractor to Be Licensed Under Ors 468a.720 for Asbestos Abatement. The Board of Commissioners Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Technicalities, and to Award the Contract to the Lowest Responsive Responsible Bidder. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. All Bidders Must Submit a List of Their First-tier Subcontractors. The Board of Commissioners May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Contracting Procedures and Requirements and May Reject All Bids Upon a Finding That It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
