This Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Rehabilitation of existing campground, resulting in the installation of new utilities for 33 sites and installation of new pre-cast restroom/shower building. Bidders are not required to submit a prequalification application. The Board of Commissioners will not consider a bid unless the bidder is registered with the Construction Contractor's Board. Bidders shall comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Wage Rates). Each Bid must contain a statement as to whether the Bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. The Project does not require a contractor or subcontractor to be licensed under ORS 468A.720 for asbestos abatement. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive technicalities, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible Bidder. The Board of Commissioners may reject any Bid not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements and may reject all Bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so Start and Completion Dates: The work covered by this Project shall begin October 1, 2022 and be completed by April 15, 2023. Once work commences, the Contractor must maintain continuous work to ensure the Project is completed prior to April 15, 2023.
