Installation of two underground storage tanks Start and Completion Dates: The Work covered by this Project shall begin approximately March 15, 2022 and be completed by approximately May 15, 2022. Once work commences, the Contractor must maintain continuous work to ensure the Project is completed prior to May 15, 2022. If the Project is not completed by May 15, 2022, the County reserves the right to impose Liquidated Damages. The construction cost estimate is as follows: New RV Dump Station: $227,000 to $277,000 Additive Alternative 1: $280,000 to $343,000 Additive Alternative 2: $106,000 to $130,000
