Douglas County will not be held responsible for providing Addenda to prospective bidders that fail to inform us of their interest. Douglas County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified parties to provide engineering services for the design of the Winchester Bay Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project. The County intends to enter into an agreement with one qualified consultant who can agree to the terms and conditions outlined in Exhibit A. The County is seeking a consultant who scores highest on this RFP based upon the criteria listed in section 8 of this RFP, can best meet the criteria as outlined in this RFP, and has sufficient, readily available resources in the form of trained personnel, support services, specialized staff and financial resources to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings. The project is located on Salmon Harbor Drive (County Road #251) and Lighthouse Road (County Road #87) in Douglas County, Oregon in Winchester Bay. The project scope includes engineering design associated with the evaluation of the existing sanitary sewer facilities operated by the Winchester Bay Sanitary District and the necessary improvements to accommodate planned developments by Douglas County in the Winchester Bay area.
