Site work for a water / sewer project in Winchester Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and associated hardware necessary to repair the floating pier at Station Umpqua River. Work includes the repair and installation of new wooden whalers, through rods, roller hoops, and related components required to restore the pier's structural integrity and operational functionality. The contractor shall perform all inspection, removal, repair, installation, and site restoration activities necessary to complete the work in accordance with the statement of work. The project will be completed under a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
