Renovation of a municipal facility in Saranac Lake, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Harrietstown is accepting bids to replace existing old exit lights, emergency lights and combination units with aging batteries and poorly connected wiring throughout the Harrietstown Town Hall located at 39 Main Street, Saranac Lake, NY 12983. Electrical work shall minimize the use of surface wire wiremold and conceal to the greatest extent possible. The basis of design for exit lights shall be Sure-Lites Model CX-6-WH or equal with red letters, white housing, surface or canopy mounted depending on conditions. The basis of design for emergency lights shall be Sure-Lites Model CU2-LED or equal with white housing for wall mounting. The basis of design for combination emergency/exit lights shall be Sure-Lites model APC7RSQ pr equal with white housing, red letters and square led lamps for wall mounting. A hazardous material testing survey will be completed prior to construction. The right is reserved to waive any inconsistencies in the bid and to reject any and all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.The estimated budget is $37,000 or $38,000.
