Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Border Division office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Fire Sprinkler Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. The services shall be performed at: CHP Border Division office 9330 Farnham Street San Diego, CA 92123 The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2028. A qualified State of California Contractors State Licensing Board C-16, Fire Protection Contractor, as defined in subsection (b) of Section 7058 of the Business and Professions Code, or; o A qualified California State Fire Marshal Licensed A (Type 1, Type 2, or Type 3, or Type L) or; o A qualified owner's representative as permitted under California Title 19, Chapter 5, Paragraph 904.1 (a).
