The Port of San Diego's Maritime Department requests temporary office space (trailers) for administrative and terminal operations staff at Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal (TAMT); located at 1790 Water Street, San Diego, CA 92101 for a minimum of 3 years with two 1-year options, for a total term possible up to 5 years. Trailer sizes for consideration are one (1) 48' x 60' and one (1) 60' x 60' and should include the following accommodations: The 60'x 60' Trailer will accommodate an administrative staff of 12: (8) eight private offices, (4) four cubicles, reception area, (44' by 22' minimum size conference room), private and insulated men's and women's restrooms (2), kitchen area, janitorial closet, printer area, server area (computer), electrical panel, storage, carpet, AC/Heating, windows, insulation (sound proofing), ADA stairs/ramp, skirting, lockable doors, and outside lighting. The 48' x 60' Trailer will accommodate the terminal operations staff of 10: (6) six private offices, (4) four cubicles, private and insulated men's and women's restrooms (2), large common area for meetings, kitchen area, janitorial closet, printer area, server area (computer), electrical panel, carpet, Windows, AC/Heating, insulation (sound proofing), ADA stairs/ramp, skirting, lockable doors, and outside lighting.
