Construction Cost: $726,291 2E Roofing, Sheetmetal & Expansion Joints - Est. Construction Cost: $197,200 2F Glazing - Est. Construction Cost: $247,310 The Thornton MRI Expansion and Renovation project consists of an exterior addition of 3,400 SF with two new MRI suites and renovation of 760 SF within the existing MRI suite. The University has bid and awarded a CM at Risk Contract to Layton Construction Company (hereafter "CM/Contractor"). CM/Contractor is responsible for bidding and awarding all subsequent subcontractor packages, including this package.
