Galveston Wharves is seeking proposals for removal and replacement of the two digital marquee signs currently housed in the structure on Harborside Dr. between 33rd and 37th St. The signs must be at a minimum the same quality as all other digital signs installed throughout Port of Galveston parking lots. Between $150,000.00 and $225,000.00 The Port is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to remove and replace the current digital signs located on the south side of Harborside Dr. between 33rd and 37th St. The Board of Trustees of the Galveston Wharves will award this bid to the bidder who provides the requested goods or services at the best value for the Port, which will include an analysis of the following criteria: purchase price, reputation of the bidder and of the bidder s goods or services, the quality of the bidder s goods or services, the extent to which the goods or services meet the Port s needs, the bidder s past relationship with the Port, the impact on the ability of the Port to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses and non-profit organizations employing persons with disabilities, and the total long term cost to the Port to acquire the bidder s goods or services. Questions shall be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement Portal by 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, December 20th, 2024.
