The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Galveston District (SWG) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure Pipeline dredging services under an unrestricted MATOC with a target of four contracts in the pool. The MATOC will address unanticipated shoaling of Deep and Shallow Draft Navigations Channels within the Boundaries of the Galveston District, Texas. The contract would be for a base of five years. Sources Sought is attached for more information. The Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects is Between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. As of October 9, 2025, the short-listed firms have not been released. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
