Furnish and install all labor, material and equipment for all Work shown and/or specified in accordance with 12 the Contract Documents, except as excluded below. 13 2. This Scope of Work also applies to all applicable awarded alternates. 14 3. Information provided under "Also Included" points out some items which may be considered less obvious or 15 "unconventional," but which are included in the Scope of Work. 16 4. This Bid Package Description is intended to clarify scope to the Contractor, but is in no way intended to limit 17 scope that is reasonable inferable as being required by the Work included in this description. Work required 18 may be shown or specified anywhere in the Contract Documents. 19 20 Also included but not limited to as applicable and/or directed: 21 22 1. Trenching/compaction and backfill Work. 23 2. Concrete/asphalt patching Work. 24 3. All demolition and removal and/or replacement of Work associated with this Bid Package. 25 4. Perform an electronic underground existing utility survey by a qualified underground utility locator service 26 company in all areas where trenching operations will be performed. An as-built record drawing (one hard 27 copy and one copy on electronic media prepared in AutoCAD is required to be submitted at the conclusion of 28 the underground scope of Work. 29 5. Weather protection during the course of construction (See Section 00 72 00, General Conditions). 30 6. Temporary barricades, signs, pedestrian protection, temporary facilities and traffic control Work. 31 7. Daily and final clean-up is required8. Qualified/certified technicians must perform the replacement and/or repair of all landscape, irrigation, 33 asphalt/concrete surfaces and above or below grade utilities disturbed during construction, and the District 34 must be given the opportunity to test and accept the Work prior to covering up. 35 9. Patching, repairing, painting and/or replacement of all finished surfaces disturbed during construction. 36 10. Final testing of all systems installed prior to final acceptance. 37 11. Qualified/certified C-7 licensed technicians must perform the replacement and/or repair of existing low voltage 38 systems disturbed during construction, and the District must be given the opportunity to test and accept the 39 Work prior to covering up. 40 12. Provide temporary means of operation for existing storm, water, sewer, gas, mechanical, electrical, and low 41 voltage systems during construction. 42 13. Painting of all new (N) and existing (E) exposed interior and exterior piping, ductwork and raceway systems 43 (other than rooftop piping and raceway systems), and all roofing demolition, repair, replacement, roof 44 patching, sheet metal flashing. 45 14. A full-time superintendent shall be provided for the project. See Section 00 72 00, General Conditions. 46 15.
