Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Burlington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a fire / police facility; and fire / police facility.
Renovation and repurpose of a former water treatment facility located at 171 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington, MA 01803. Within the existing building, completely demolish and remove the following existing water treatment equipment including but not limited to: water storage vessels, process piping, control panels & associated conduits, housekeeping pads/pipe supports. Once demo is complete, construction of a new offices for the Temporary Burlington Police Department consisting of administrative offices, communication equipment room, meeting room, storage, toilet room renovations, roll call, report writing and interview rooms. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The estimated construction cost for this Project is $1,750,000.
