The City of Syracuse is seeking a contractor to partner with the City to complete a project to prepare for a possible reassessment for the Final Roll date of March 31, 2028. The municipality intends to solicit proposals from companies capable of undertaking and successfully completing a reassessment of approximately 41,448 parcels of real property over an 18 month period and conducting such reassessment in conformance with the Rules. The municipality intends to select a company that has a successful history of undertaking and completing real property reassessment projects with a preference to those cost effectively and efficiently using the latest industry accepted technology. Written Questions submission deadline: Friday, December 20, 2024 by 4:00 p.m.
