Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lakewood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Described in General as: All Labor, Material and Equipment Associated With the Removal and Replacement of Windows at John J. Currey Building, a Six-story Residential Building. The BASE Bid Work of This Project, as Outlined Above, Shall Be Completed in a Period of One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. The Deadline for Submitting Questions is 3:00 Pm on Monday June 15, 2026. Questions submitted via email to aseckler@lothropassociates.com or abirnbaum@lothropassociates.com Work Will Be Performed in an Occupied Building and Will Be Phased and Coordinated With the Affordable Housing Corporation of Lakewood The Owner or Architect, Within Fourteen (14) Days of Opening, Will Notify All Interested Parties as to Their Decision. A Certified Check or Bank Draft Payable to the Affordable Housing Corporation of Lakewood, United States Government Bonds, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and Acceptable Sureties in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Be Submitted by Each Bidder. The Surety Company Must Also Be Licensed to Do Business in the State of New Jersey. ttention is Called to the Provision of Equal Opportunity Employment and Prevailing Wages for Payments Not Less Than the Minimum Salaries and Wages as Set Forth in the Specification. Women and Minority Owned Business Contractors Are Encouraged to Submit Bids. No Bids Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Opening of Bids Without the Consent of the Affordable Housing Corporation of Lakewood (AKA Lakewood Housing Authority). The project scope includes but is not limited to the following: The scope of this project includes all labor, material and equipment for the following: Removal of all existing metal windows, frames, brake metal sill covers, and security screens; installation of new DOUBLE-HUNG WINDOWS, and SINGLE-HUNG WINDOWS where indicated; and related work at JOHN J. CURREY BUILDING. The above summary is a brief description of work on which the bidders are requested to perform and bid. Please review the bid package and submit bid as indicated below. Bids shall include all incidental apparatus, appliance, materials, labor, services necessary for a complete working assembly and installation.
