Description

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,788-square-foot multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Lincoln Avenue Capital Management, LLC (LAC) in conjunction with our partner the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City ("HASLC") have partnered to develop Fairmont Heights. The ownership entity, Fairmont Heights Apartments, LP ("FHA") is seeking to obtain a CM/GC firm for Preconstruction Services and Construction Services for a proposed multifamily residential development located at 2257 S 1100 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84106.
