Salt Lake City is soliciting competitive sealed quotes from qualified Suppliers for Polara brand crosswalk buttons and related items Salt Lake City is soliciting competitive sealed quotes from suppliers for Polara brand crosswalk push buttons and related items. Due to the need for these items to match City's existing equipment and systems the City will only be accepting quotes for Polara brand items, quotes for alternate brands will not be considered. Question Deadline 12/13/2024 at 11:00 AM MT Questions shall be accepted. All questions shall be submitted electronically. Questions submitted in a different manner may not receive a response. Award of Contract: a. Award will be by written contract or purchase order to the responsible bidder making the lowest and/or best bid meeting specifications. b. Unless the bidder specifies otherwise in the bid, the City may accept any item or group of items of any kind. The City reserves the right to cancel its invitation for bids. c. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality or technicality in bids received in the interest of the City. d. A written Purchase Order mailed, or otherwise delivered to the successful bidder within forty (40) days after the opening of bids shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. The contract shall be interpreted, construed and given effect in all respects according to the laws of the State of Utah and the ordinances of Salt Lake City and shall be enforced only in the Federal or State District Courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The contract shall not be assignable by the vendor in whole or in part without the written consent of the City.
