The project's updated components include flashing beacon light assembly, pavement markings and signage for horses, pedestrians and vehicular traffics are in compliance with the MUTCD (Manual of Uniform Traffic Devices and Construction Controls Devices), FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation) and the Village of Wellington Engineering Design Manual and Construction Standards. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, expertise, permits, licenses, insurance, materials, equipment and tools to complete the project as per the contract documents.
