The Pflugerville Independent School District ("PfISD" or "District") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for general construction services of a General Contractor for the turnkey replacement of PACE Wood Shop HVAC & Control System, pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code. The awarded firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with specifications and conditions embodied within this document. 2. This project will include the complete replacement of HVAC systems at two campuses. 3. This project comes with an estimated budget of PACE Wood Shop - $ 150,000 4. PfISD believes the information included in this RFCSP is materially accurate, however, the PfISD does not warrant this information to be free from errors or omissions. Proposers are encouraged to inspect the premises prior to submitting a response. 5. The district is working with the following design firms: ESA 806 W. Main Street, Box 39 Atlanta, Texas 75551 6. Upon approval of the rankings by the Board of Trustees, the District's representative will attempt to negotiate a contract with the selected Proposer. If the prices proposed are more than the District's budget for the Project, the Owner's representative may discuss with the selected Proposer options for scope or time modifications and any price change associated with the modification. If the representative is unable to reach a contract with the selected Proposer, the representative may formally end negotiations with that Proposer and proceed to the next ranked Proposer in the order of the selection ranking until a contract is reached or all proposals are rejected. 7.
