The timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project includes the following Work: The proposed project is to include the implementation of UV Disinfection equipment located in a new building (~1,092 sq. ft.) that will also house new filtration equipment on the southern side of the site. The capital project will also include a new SCADA system, address freezing issues, and general equipment and existing building upgrades. Question Deadline 01/07/2025 A. Work of the overall Project includes the following major components: 1. General Construction (GC): The contract involves work at the Owner's Wastewater Treatment Facility including, but not limited to, providing construction of a new Tertiary Treatment Building for effluent filtration and ultraviolet light disinfection, demolition of the existing Filter Building, equipment and structural upgrades in the existing treatment tanks, site piping, site cut, fill, and grading, paving, and miscellaneous site and building improvements. 2. Electrical (E): The contract includes providing site and building power and control conduit, wiring, and terminations, electrical demolition, and associated work at the Owner's Wastewater Treatment Facility. Work generally includes power and control conduit, wiring, and terminations in the new Tertiary Treatment Building; electrical demolition, upgrades, power and control conduit, wiring, and terminations in the existing Control Building; site power and control wiring for lighting, equipment, and instrumentation; new submersible pumps in all process tanks and associated power and controls; a new facility-wide SCADA system and associated instrumentation and equipment (both existing and new); electrical demolition of the existing filtration building and equipment; and miscellaneous improvements. 3. Plumbing/Process (P): The contract includes work at the Owner's Wastewater Treatment Facility including, but not limited to, demolition of existing process and plumbing systems, providing an effluent filtration system and an ultraviolet light disinfection system, providing a SCADA control system and associated equipment and instrumentation, providing process and plumbing piping, valving and supports, providing building water, sanitary, LPG, and miscellaneous work and improvements. 4. Mechanical (M): The contract includes work at the Owner's Wastewater Treatment Facility including, but not limited to, demolition, improvements, construction, and upgrades of the existing mechanical systems at the Control Building and construction of new mechanical systems at the Tertiary Treatment Building.
