Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Woodshop HVAC Project to furnish bids for the installation of an HVAC system in the woodshop at the Newtown campus. Contractor to proceed with caution excavating for exterior concrete pad. There are no utilities to be identified within 12 inches of surface grade. Pad Detail specifies 4" of Crushed Stone Bed. Contractor will be responsible for damage to any utilities and structures around the identified concrete pad. Contractor shall topsoil, grade, seed and straw. All grade surface shall be restored to its original condition.
