Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Gladstone, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work under this Contract consists of the following: Approximately 3,000 LF of curb & gutter replacement, 8,000 SF of sidewalk replacement, ADA ramps, restoration, and other associated work. All equipment, material and workmanship must be in accordance with the Plans, Specifications and other Contract Documents in the Project Manual on file with the City Clerk, Gladstone, Missouri. Project consists of approximately 3,000 LF of curb & gutter replacement, 8,000 SF of sidewalk replacement, ADA Ramps, restoration, and other associated work. A Bid Bond or certified check on a reputable bank in the amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total amount of the Bid must accompany each Proposal. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of thirty (30) days after date of opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any technicalities, irregularities or informalities therein, to determine which is the lowest and best bid to accept and to approve the Bond. Bid may be modified or withdrawn by written request of the bidder received in the office of the City Clerk, prior to the time and date for bid opening All wages paid for work under this Contract shall comply with requirements of the Prevailing Wage Law of the State of Missouri, Missouri Public Law 294, Sec. 290.210 through Sec. 290.340, R.S.
