Renovation of a municipal facility in Plattsburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes historic restorations of existing exterior components as follows: monument granite stairs, landing assemblies, (2) main entrance light pedestals, & (4) side entrance wall sconces. Other non-historic alterations include new exterior concrete stairs, landings, railing assemblies, and exterior perimeter/storm drainage system improvements.
