SCOPE OF WORK Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Work to be done during normal business hours, typically 8a-5p Mon-Fri. Provide all materials, labor, and equipment required for complete installation, including but not limited to: 1. Any non-specified hardware or accessories needed 2. Attachment to building structure, without modifying existing systems 3. Low voltage cabling and terminations between control locations, input/output locations, and linkages 4. Install cable runs in a clean, orderly, and protected manner. Provide trays, J-hooks, etc. 5. Connect TVs and lighting to line voltage provided by others per attached layout drawing. 6. Install additional conduit, wiring, boxes, cords, etc. as needed 7. All control equipment to be located in Control Room 112 unless noted otherwise. 8. Adjust the time alignment of each row of speakers to match the timing of a person speaking in the center desk chair 9. Coordinate with Owner how to organize audio system Dante feeds to the video broadcast production switcher 10. Wire footages and plenum designations are for estimation purposes. Provide precise wire lengths and types as required. 11. Verify all installation locations with Owner Project Locations Municipal Safety Building, 601 E Main Street, Johnson City TN 37604 Questions: Submit in writing to Owner's Rep no later than December 18th. Addenda: Project scope of work can only be changed by written addendum issued by COJC to answer questions or provide other supplemental instructions.
