This Contract includes Broward and Palm Beach counties within District 4. The Contractor shall perform Cut and Toss Operations pursuant to the terms of this Contract and at the direction of the Department with District 4. This contract will be awarded based on the total amount of $0 (zero) dollars and not the contractor's bid total. Additional funds will be added to the contract as needed. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
