Remodeling of an educational facility in Chiloquin, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
As of February 11, 2025, project was awarded to Modoc contracting but the award amount is not available. Klamath County School District will accept sealed bids for the construction of the Chiloquin High School Locker Room Remodel project. The project will be a public improvement project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, Prevailing Wage Rates. The work contemplated consists of the following: Remodel of the boys and girls locker room, as well as the football team room. Removal of existing lockers, benches, etc. Removal of concrete walls/curbs in the shower area. New tiling in the shower area and restrooms. New shower partitions. Widening of existing openings. Paint, bathroom accessories, and other finish work. Flooring within the football team room. Replacement of lighting fixtures. Added changes stalls. The owner reserves the right to postpone the award of the contract for sixty (60) days and may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements on these solicitation documents and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the Owner, that it is in the public interest to do so.
