Reference Number 0000370516 Job Location: 25355 Lawrence Ave., Center Line, MI 48015 The approximate quantities involved in this work are as follows: Landscape Timbers, Rem. 80 Ft Clear and Grub 35 Syd Fence, Rem 40 Ft Fence, Decorative Vinyl, 72 inch 77 Ft Double Swing Gate, 12 Foot, 72 in 1 Ea Prepare and Install Generator Concrete Pad 1 LS Prepare and Install Generator System 1 LS Final Cleanup and Restoration 1 LS and related work as well as sidewalk, restoration and final clean. The Contractor will be required to work with the DPW Superintendent throughout the installation of the generator. The installation of a new 48 KW generator and concrete generator pad, remove and replace existing fencing with a new vinyl fencing boundary to enclose existing and proposed HVAC systems. Associated landscaping will be upgraded to fulfill proposed design. This time frame may be adjusted through material agreement between the Owner and Contractor. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by the City of Center Line. Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
