The Project includes the following Work: Installation of tennis/pickleball court and HMA sidewalk. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 340 Ton HMA Pavement (Thickness Varies) 760 Lft Fencing 1 LSUM Lighting 5 Ea Net and Posts 1 LSUM Earthwork/Excavation Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders The above-referenced project is a federally funded activity authorized under the Council of Michigan Foundations, dividing total requirements, when economically feasible, into smaller tasks or quantities to permit maximum participation by veteran-owned, small and minority businesses, and women's business enterprises is encouraged. The Contractor and all subcontractors must comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act), the 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act) and Executive Directive 2019- 09, as amended.
