Bulky Items: The City will consider proposals regarding how contractor will handle bulky items such as furniture and appliances which do not fit in the standard residential trash containers. Proposal must include a schedule of any fees that will be charged directly to the consumer for dropoff or curbside pickup of bulky items. Community Cleanup Events: The City will consider proposals regarding how contractor will conduct at a minimum two (2) cleanup events. Current practice is explained in Section Three D "Other Services" of the existing contract. The City will consider proposals for a curbside pickup component (if proposed). Frequency of Pickup: The City will consider proposals regarding the frequency of pickup of residential solid waste and recycling (if proposed). The proposed frequency of trash pickup may vary depending on the recycling pickup frequency (if proposed) and size of containers provided. Containers: The City will consider proposals regarding requirements for use of containers for residential solid waste and/or Proposals may address the size, type, and other details about containers.
