The Village of Bolivar was recently awarded a New York State Community Development Block Grant (NYS CDBG) Award through the 2024 Consolidated Funding Application for a total value of $2,000,000. The Village of Bolivar is therefore seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms for assistance in the NEPA Review, permitting, final design, bidding, construction administration and construction inspection services for improvements to the necessary infrastructure along Olive Street within the Village. Minority and Women Business Enterprise and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to submit. The Village of Bolivar reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, the right to waive any informalities, the right to permit exceptions deemed not to be of substance, and the right to accept any Statement of Qualifications which the Village deems to represent the prudent and economical expenditure of the public monies for the benefit of the Village's inhabitants by securing the maximum quality. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
