he City of Gloversville is seeking sealed bids for an interior and exterior renovation project for the Senior Citizens Center of Gloversville and Fulton County, Inc. Minority and Woman Owned Businesses and Section 3 Businesses are strongly encouraged to bid on this project. Sealed bids are due August 28, 2025, at 1 p.m., and sent or delivered to: City Gloversville Clerk's Office, ATTN: Bids for Gloversville Senior Center, 3 Frontage Road, Gloversville, NY 12078. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2025, at 1 p.m. at the Senior Center, 53 Church St., Gloversville, NY. Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents can be obtained on or after July 25, 2025, by contacting Dataflow, Inc. to obtain documents and become a registered plan holder. Only complete sets of documents will be issued. Only registered plan holders will receive copies of Addenda issued during bidding. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids. The City of Gloversville is administering the grants and the project on behalf of the senior center with assistance from the Fulton County Center for Regional Grip (CRG) as CRG is assisting with the DRI program.
