The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified Proposers who are interested in providing janitorial services for the St. Tammany Parish Justice Center and Parking Garage. Submittal of a proposal does not create any right or expectation to a contract with the Parish. The term of the contract will be from the date the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Parish through December 31, 2025, with the option of two (2) additional one (1) year renewals, if the Parish and Contractor agree. A notice of intent to renew would be issued in writing by the Parish. The Parish reserves the right to revise this schedule. Any such revision will be formalized by the issuance of an addendum to the RFP.
