Reference Number 0000376482 Description The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of Kitchen Supplies. Contract is for one (1) year from date of award with the option of one (1) annual renewal. If the bid is re-newed, the piggyback contract will also re-new. STPSO intends to purchase (1) or more of the items listed on this bid within the duration of the contract. Bids must include the following items: * Certificate of Insurance * Signature sheet signed by an authorized representative (signature must be original and in ink. Bidders must meet all bid requirements to be considered. All items substituted must meet or exceed the published specifications of the specified item(s) listed below. Specifications of items being offered must meet or exceed specifications of items listed below. All bids must include full detailed specification sheets, or similar data, to support item being offered if different from product specifications. FAILURE to furnish required data may be considered as cause for REJECTION OF BID for being non responsive. Upon evaluation of bids received, bidders may be asked for a sample to verify that the item proposed meets solicitation requirements. Requested sample shall be at bidders expense. Bid prices shall include delivery of items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided. Orders will be made on an "as needed" basis and NO Minimum Order will be accepted. IMPORTANT: . Tammany Parish Jail, 1200 Champagne St. Covington, LA 70433 Vendors electing to claim Louisiana preference, as defined by LA RS38:2251, et. seq., must complete the attached Louisiana Preference Claim Form and present it as part of the bid proposal. By signing and submitting bid, vendor certifies that this is the lowest bid prices for quality products. In the event of a tie bid, vendors will be asked to submit a best and final offer.
