Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Description Site Work / Parking / Public ROW Archaeologist required Remove a section of the existing asphalt side platform Install new WCLE for existing WCL on new slab Provide new access to new platform and walkways to existing station building Provide 6-foot-high metal fence between new platform and neighboring private property. Provide asphalt walkway and transitions Platform Provide new concrete side platform 8 inches ATR with a minimum 12 foot clear with stainless steel guard railings and access ramps/walkways Platform supported by drilled displacement micro-piles Detectable warning system and striping along platform edge. Provide sloped transitions at each end of platform Provide new electrical circuits and lighting along platform Provide 106’6”x13’3” clear concrete safe dispersal area at east end of platform Storm Water Management Provide new storm water management system Provide new platform underdrain Signage Modify or relocate existing platform signage and foundations Provide additional platform signage and foundations, and station identification. Reinstall salvaged existing PIDS sign.
